5/15/2019 DOGMA is no longer accepting new userids. The software is being sunsetted after 15 years and will not be availabe for use in the near future. I recommend using other newer plastid annotation tools. Sorry for the inconvenience.

New annotations will also be disabled in the near future. You should download any annotations you have with the sequin file, and by accessing the raw unannotated coordinates for an annotation with the "Text Summary" button which opens a pop-up window from which you can click "Plain Text Summary" to download the data.

New Annotation

Enter your userid and a new, unique identifier name for the genome you want to annotate. This is the name which you will use to retrieve the annotation later.
Userid (Use the same userid for all your annotations):

Chloroplast genomes take about 5-10 minutes to finish in DOGMA. Please do not stop it (or close the browser window) until you get the page telling you the run is complete.
